The third and fourth generations of the Irvine family operate the bank with headquarters in Evans City. S. J. Irvine III is Chairman of the Board and his daughter, Margaret Irvine Weir, is President of the Bank. They, along with Donald Shamey, Chief Executive Officer, continue to carry out the mission of the bank's founders to serve the financial needs of the people of many of the counties in Pennsylvania.
