As a founder and the President of Corporate Philanthropy at Radnor Trust Company, Ms. Green’s passion for charitable works has proven to be paramount in molding the company’s corporate culture. From board development to endowment building and charitable events, Marla informs Radnor Trust Company clients how to leverage their philanthropic giving for maximum impact and effect. Marla’s knowledge of strategic philanthropy paired with her deep understanding of non-profit organizations, foundations, and fundraising, ensure that each of her clients are given the best possible resources to control their assets with a plan that is customized to their needs and interests.
Marla serves as Chair and Chief Executive Officer of RTC Holdings, a marketing company focused upon philanthropic strategies for Radnor Trust Company and its non-profit corporate and high-net-worth clientele. Marla is instrumental in assisting clients’ co-brand businesses and non-profit organizations, identifying sponsorship opportunities with related charities, creating strategies for publicizing, and marketing philanthropic activities.
Ms. Green currently serves on numerous boards including the State Board of Economics PA, the Please Touch Museum, Billy Penn Picture Corporation, the Prince Music Theater, the Wistar Public Relations/Development Committee, and is Chair of the American Benefactor Foundation. Marla is also Chairman Emeritus of the Greater Philadelphia Film Office and continues to serve on their board. Furthermore, she is a member of the Executive Forum for Women.
Having chaired and planned a wide array of events and awards, some of Marla’s honorees have included Sidney Kimmel, Pete Musser, and Admiral Tom Lynch.
In addition to helping raise more than $10 million for various non-profits, Ms. Green has co-chaired numerous high-profile events benefiting organizations that include the National Museum of American Jewish History, the Prince Music Theater, the Jewish Federation’s Ambassadors Circle Dinner, the American Red Cross, The Children’s Crisis Center and the Anti-Defamation League. While serving as Chair of the development committee for City Year, Marla co-founded the “Idealist of the Year Award”. She also served on the Board of the Eagles Youth Partnership, The Charitable Arm of the Eagles, and was the Chairman of the events committee at which time she co-founded the “Philadelphia Eagles Annual Carnival”. Much of Marla’s work is aimed to benefit at-risk women and children.
