As Chairman and CEO Jim DiDio brings over thirty five years of investment, financial, and bank management experience to Radnor Trust Company. Overseeing the entire executive team, Mr. DiDio interfaces with the Board of Directors as the highest ranking official of Radnor Trust Company.
Mr. DiDio ensures compliance with bank policies and procedures while maximizing profits commensurate with the best interests of shareholders, customers, and the public. With a focus on customer relations and service, he directs the operations and administration of all Bank and Trust Company programs.
Prior to joining Radnor Trust Company in 2005, Mr. DiDio served as the Executive Vice President of a multi-billion dollar bank. His varied experiences and credentials include new business development, strategic planning, branch expansion, marketing, operations, human resources and corporate affairs.
Mr. DiDio served as President of the Board of Council Rock School District, and assumed directorships on the boards of the Southeastern Pennsylvania March of Dimes, Council Rock School District, the Institute of Financial Education, and the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology. He chaired the Finance Committees for Council Rock School District, and the Executive Council and Finance Committee for the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology.
Mr. DiDio is a graduate of Temple University and the recipient of a senatorial scholarship. He served as an instructor at the Leadership Institute with Dale Carnegie Associates. In addition, Mr. DiDio currently hosts “TV Money Matters” on CN8 television, on which he addresses personal finance & investment solutions as an industry leader. He resides in Gladwyne, Pennsylvania.
