As Chief Executive Officer of Radnor Trust Company, Mr. Johnson uses his expertise in relationship building to oversee all activities of the bank, and to identify and position new business opportunities. Under Mr. Johnson’s leadership, Radnor Trust Company offers clients the flexibility and freedom they demand through a suite of innovative products and a team of seasoned financial professionals.
Mr. Johnson has been active in the banking and financial services industry for over twenty years. He holds substantial credentials in all aspects of banking, with an emphasis on relationship building, business development, strategic planning and marketing.
Prior to his role with Radnor Trust Company, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Prestige Community Bank. Michael developed the business plan of Prestige, and was responsible for the placement and creation of both bank locations in Newtown, PA and Plumstead, PA. Michael oversaw all bank activities, including the hiring of all personnel, bank financial statements, and the selection of vendors for all bank operations.
Mr. Johnson holds a BS in Business Administration from Philadelphia University, and an MBA from Rider University. An active member of his community, Michael has served as a youth soccer coach with Council Rock United Soccer Association since 1997. Michael resides in Holland, PA, with his wife and two children.
