Cynthia Lemaster
Vice President, Private Banking
Ms. Lemaster is Vice President of private banking. She works one-on-one with clients to ensure their total private banking experience. With an extensive background in relationship banking, Ms. Lemaster oversees the day-to-day communication process that ensures clients align their financial and banking strategies with their personal and business growth. Prior to joining Radnor Trust Company, Ms. Lemaster was Assistant Vice President, Commerce Bancorp, where her business development skills combined with her knowledge and management style helped her lead the Pennsylvania Market in deposit, consumer loan, customer service, and new account goals. Before joining Commerce Bancorp, Ms. Lemaster spent nearly 12 years managing relationships and serving as a liaison for the business community and State and Federal government. She served as the Director of Outreach for a Pennsylvania State Senator and also worked as a lobbyist with The Bond Market Trade Association in Washington, D.C., where she lobbied on behalf of the Mortgage-Backed and Government Securities Markets. She received a B.A. in Political Science from Hollins College.
