John P. Fasciano
With nearly 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, John P. Fasciano joined Fameco in 2000. Since joining the Team, John’s activities have been focused on investment sales, where he has completed more than 20 transactions totaling in excess of $250,000,000. After only 3 years his contribution and leadership were recognized and John was made a partner. Since entering the real estate business John has completed over 400 transactions ranging from store leasing to portfolio acquisitions. Prior to joining Fameco John spent 8 years as Vice President / Director of Retail Leasing with Brentway Management (now Cedar Shopping Centers, Inc) where his responsibilities included construction management, retail leasing and property analysis for all new acquisition properties throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. John is a graduate of Florida Institute of Technology, and is an active member of the ICSC.
