Thomas E. Babcock is CEO and a partner of InR Advisory Services LLC, in Media, PA. InR firm is an Investment Advisory Firm with $400 million under management, mostly in defined benefit and defined contribution pensions.
He has served on the Board of Directors of SEPTA (Southeast Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) for eight years, where he chairs three Board committees.
Mr. Babcock has been instrumental in starting, managing and selling several small businesses over the past twenty years. He has served on the Board of Directors of SEPTA (Southeast Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) for eight years, where he chairs three Board committees.
Additionally, Tom serves on the Boards of SEPAC, The Southeastern PA Chamber of Commerce Political Action Committee and the Con Cassidy Foundation, a philanthropic arm of the ‘Make a Wish’ Foundation. He has been affiliated with the Second City Troop Rugby organization since 1973.
In 2004, Mr. Babcock received the ‘Citizen of the Year’ award by the Delaware County Transportation Management Association.
Tom attended Penn State University, and resides in Springfield, PA, with his wife, Denise, 5 children, and (3) grandchildren.
